Terms of Service

Roha is a web-based platform that helps small businesses generate, schedule, and publish social media content using AI. You may use the service only as permitted by these terms and applicable law.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• One account per person or business. Do not share accounts.

You agree not to use Roha to:

• Post content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or misleading.
• Violate Meta's platform policies or any other connected platform's terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
• Use the service to spam, bulk-post, or automate inauthentic engagement.

You own the content you create and publish through Roha. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process and transmit your content solely to provide the service — for example, to publish a post to your connected Facebook or Instagram page. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any other purpose.

Roha uses AI to help you draft social media posts. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated content. Do not publish AI output without reviewing it first.

We aim to keep Roha available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, experience outages, or make changes to the service at any time. We are not liable for any missed posts or losses arising from downtime.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roha Social is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

You may delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. On termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of Roha after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
