Terms of service

Roha helps small businesses write, schedule and publish social media posts with AI. You may use it only as these terms and the law allow.

• You must be at least 18 to create an account.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• One account per business. Please don't share accounts.

Don't use Roha to:

• Post anything illegal, defamatory, harassing or misleading.
• Break Meta's platform rules or the terms of any platform you connect.
• Try to get into parts of Roha you shouldn't have access to.
• Send spam, bulk post, or fake engagement.

You own what you create and publish with Roha. You let us process it only to run the service for you, for example to write drafts with our AI provider and to publish a post to your connected Facebook Page or Instagram account. Our privacy policy explains exactly how.

Roha uses AI to draft posts. AI can get things wrong, so check every draft before it goes out. You are responsible for what you publish.

Every account starts with a 14 day free trial. You don't need a card to start, and if you don't subscribe, the trial simply ends and you're never charged.

After the trial, Roha costs NZ$29 a month at our early access price. If you subscribe at that price, it stays the same for as long as you stay subscribed. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.

Subscriptions renew monthly. You can cancel at any time from the Subscription page, under Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. Our refund policy explains when we give refunds.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile, then Delete account. It happens straight away and can't be undone. Deleting your account also cancels your subscription immediately, so any unused part of the month ends too. If you want a refund for it, see our refund policy.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms. Our privacy policy explains what is deleted and what is kept.

We work hard to keep Roha running, but we can't promise it will always be available. Maintenance, outages at our providers, or changes by Meta can stop a post from going out on time.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed post or lost sales. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and New Zealand courts deal with any dispute.

When we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll email you before it applies.
