Deleting your data
You can have Roha delete your data at any time. Choose whichever of these suits you.
Delete your Roha account
Log in, open Profile and choose Delete account at the bottom of the page. This works even if your trial or subscription has ended.
This deletes your account, business profile, posts, drafts, images and connected Facebook and Instagram accounts straight away, and cancels any subscription so you are not charged again. You can download a copy of your data first.
Remove Roha from Facebook or Instagram
On Facebook, go to Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites, and remove Roha. On Instagram, go to Settings, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites, and remove Roha.
Roha then deletes the connection it holds for that account, including its access tokens, and forgets which Facebook or Instagram posts it published. Your Roha account itself stays, so you can reconnect later.
Email us
Email hello@roha.social from the address on your account and we will delete it for you, usually within 2 business days.
What is kept
- Stripe keeps invoices for 7 years, as New Zealand tax law requires.
- Posts already published to Facebook or Instagram stay on those platforms. You can delete them there.
- Encrypted backups expire within 14 days, and a deleted account is never restored from them.
